Asked for a manicure with dip polish. No manicure was done. Tech just put dip on and that was it. My nails were not clipped, my cuticles were not trimmed, hands weren't moisturized. When it was time to wash my hands, there were no brushes clean to scrub with. The polish did come out well but for $42 I expect a nice manicure. Just seemed rushed and short staff expecially for mother's day weekend

I made an appointment for this Saturday 04/12 and they even sent me a confirmation message and i get there and they have a sign up that says there closed. This is unacceptable and horrible customer service don't waste your time coming here!!!!!
