I will never in my life come back to this nail salon ever again. If I could do 0 stars I would. I’d like to preface by saying I am NEVER one to complain. Even if my nails look like crap, I will never say a word about it. So I walk in at 1:00 PM and ask for my full set of acrylics to be soaked off and I’m needing a new set with dip. After soaking them all off, the lady (she’s an older lady) starts putting the tips on. Loved the details done on my set but they look like airplanes about to take off. I have never gotten acrylics done before but this is definitely not right. I went back in wanting them redone and was told there was nothing wrong with them. I just had them removed and refused for them to be redone or repainted.
I got my nails done at this place for the first time yesterday. I had her take off the nails I had done in another state and do a new set. She was very haphazard with the drill and rushed through it. The nail application was fine, but the shaping was horrible. I asked for almonds and got a weird mix of an almond and an oval. Not to mention she filed the acrylics so hard that she made 3 of my nails bleed on top of the damage she already did with the drill.
