I believe there is a communication problem here. I came in to have my legs waxed: half leg wax only because I don't get hair on my upper legs very much. The lady did not want to do my calves (top of my ankle/foot area). She implied it was not included. Then, she did the tops of my legs from the knees down. She did not do the backs or sides of my legs from the knees down. I asked her about it and she told me that I had to pay for the full leg wax to have the backs of my legs done and refused to do it.
