I was trying my hardest not to leave a review but I hv no choice got my nails done for my birthday 5 broke the next day I came bk 5 day's later because I was on vacation she did fixed them for free but had a bad attitude and after she was done she just got up and left no bye sorry for the bad experience mind you I always tip good im very respectful bring my girls to get their nails done. 1 day later 3 more nails broke and it was one that she just did also the color was way off so it looked like I had 2 sets of different nail... read more

Horrible service; no wonder I was the only client. Unbelievable that they charged me $15 for a regular nail polish change. She didn't use acetone to remove the clear nail polish I had on my nails but then proceeded to buff and ruin my nails even when I asked her to use acetone for my other hand also she only file and shape my left hand; what about my right hand? She skip it. The basic manicure service is $25! Somehow I knew the service would let me down once she started to buff my nails like that, smh. I don't know how there... read more

I got a full set of gel manicure with extension on a Thursday afternoon for my wedding on Saturday…by Saturday morning, one by one they ALL started lifting as I was trying to get ready! Being my wedding day obviously I didn’t have time to drive the 40mins to have them fix them so I had to superglue each one back on as they came off… just what a bride wants on her wedding day … also was rude once I was able to come back in on Tuesday to have them redone/fixed. Will not be recommending or returning.

I went in a couple of days ago with a gift certificate for $100. The certificate was given to me in December and had an expiration date in March, I don't know why it had an expiration date since they already had the money, but that is only 3 months. I'm not asking them to honor pricing. So the receptionist was talking to another woman in a language I didn't understand. The guy who did my pedicure did an amazing job and I love it. The lady who did my nails didn’t even paint my whole nail and left some nail polish on my skin, and didn’t bother to clean it and just dried it with the rest of the. Nail polish. She even filed one of my nails crooked and came out ugly. Only coming back because of the pedicures.
