My overall experience here was horrible. I do not recommend too long of a wait time plus I seen roaches. I came here on two separate occasions 6/11/26 & 6/12/26 both days I had to wait over an hour just to get a gel manicure. I paid $30 for my first day for a gel manicure and $35 for the second day when I brought my mom to get her gel manicure. The work is very good overall but bad customer service.
i’ve gotten my nails done here multiple times and they’ve been consistently nice though they dont last long, something i’ve noticed every time i’ve been here is how almost impossibly slow they work, i understand taking your time but once i had been left waiting over 2 hours while 3 other girls got their nails done, with three workers in the shop, honestly its just really frustrating
Horrible service ! I walked in after calling and making and appointment for my mother and I “ male” and I’m assuming the staff thought I was going to get a simple manicure, they went ahead and took my mom and then I sat on the side with it about five minutes, then two other women walked in, and they were seated immediately and started getting worked on 10 minutes later I was approached by another staff member one was asked why was I gonna get done on my nails?
