1 is the bare minimum of what I would give this place . I came in and told them how I wanted a fill for my nails and toes, they said that was okay , going into it the lady who did my feet was horrible.. could definitely see the retention in my new gel dip on my toes. Then I was waiting in a chair for an hour For my nails to get done, I asked three times when it’s gonna get done and they said just hold on, hold on then they continue to tell me at 6:30 PM that they are closed and they can’t do any more nails. Says they close at 8 but they really close when ever everybody wants to leave. Went in at 6:30 and was told they wouldn’t be able to do my nails because all of their staff was leaving early. Wouldn’t recommend prices also change daily!
The lady that did my nails was pretty rough, my nail kept feeling like it was on fire when she was using the drill. She also chewed up my cuticles. The dip only lasted 5 days before it started to chip off.
I have never had a bad experience here. I have had several different workers do my nails, and I have been happy every time. They are very time efficient and detail oriented. I Highly recommend coming here.
