Nice team. Easy to get in. Polite.
Husband had been waiting for months to get in with this urologist. Reception told him they are booked out 6 months as of mid May 2021. This morning he missed a call from this office asking him to call back to schedule an appointment as soon as he was able. Well he called back minutes after they called only to find out their office is closed Fridays, why call patients telling them to call back ASAP to get scheduled on a day your office is closed?? Guess we’ll find out Monday how much longer he has to wait.
I don’t know about you but I feel there can be exceptions to the rules. It took my husband 3 months to get an appointment with The doctor. I have stage 4 cancer and we go to Arizona to get my Chemotherapy, we left on a Sunday and I had my Chemo on Monday, we flew home Tuesday early so we could make it to this appointment. His actual appointment was at 2:20 they wanted him there 30min. Early to do paper work.
