The parking spots in the handicapped parking area are tiny. Also, the whole operation seems to be focused on making maximum profits, while offering a very low standard of service in my experience. For example, my last 10 interactions with these people have ended up with 9 mistakes on their part. So disappointing!!!
I had initially loved this clinic but an incident that happened Monday changed all that for me. I went in with a concern that I was scheduled for and this particular appointment was scheduled with a nurse. The nurse lacked tact and treated me like a child and downplayed my concern that brought me in and a more immediate concern of high bp. After dealing with condescending explanations she finally asked me what I was concerned about...
