Community is well taken care. Marizeli the office manager is an amazing person. As of right now, I have no complaints.
My husband and I and our family moved in a few months ago and we really have been amazed by AMH and how they run their properties. The community is very clean and secure. Cameras everywhere. Family community. Very quiet and private. Club house/pool/gym are always super clean. Marizeli Bonilla runs our property and she has done an outstanding job thus far! So far so good! Marizeli is absolutely amazing! Very friendly and she definitely makes Sky Lakes feel like a community.
