We built in Delta Landing and had an amazing experience. From the first time we stepped into the sales trailer the sales associate Tammy was very knowledgeable and got us in contract with one of their agents. They walked us through the entire process and explained how every phase was going to go. Within 4 months we had a beautiful home built with the selections we were able to make. You building quality is cheap and not a quality build. The led pod lights used in our home have been replaced multiple times and still are going out regularly. Paint was not what we selected for the interior. Quality of workmanship in the home does not reflect that you care about what your company does, it feels like you used the cheapest thing possible even though that's not what our money covered. There was a water leak in the beginning when we moved in that you refused to pay the water bill on, so we had to cover it. Your... read more
