I took a cat there that had a scratch in his balls and was dehydrated before 8 am. took the cat, told me they will call me at 11. no one called, I called around 11:40 am they said he was fine. after an hour or so , they called me to say he was ok. then they called again saying they think to keep him there over night. I have been taking my cat here since I rescued her 3 years ago. His prices are through the roof. The last visit with this vet was terrible. I told him my cats behavior has been concerning me, as she has violently attacked me and started peeing all over the house. He told me to get rid of her because he is not a cat behaviorist. He told me he needs to see my cat again(who he saw just a few month ago and took blood work) and that this visit would cost me $375. I asked him to give me a discount for being a loyal customer. Don’t board your dogs there unless you don’t care if they are matted, and have poop and urine stains throughout. They use a poor shampoo and we had to have our dogs shaved to bare skin. 1 star is more than they deserve. Good luck Skylake Animal hospital, we’ll never enter your establishment again.
