I purchased a newly built house in Springfield Gardens, NY from Sky Home Group in September 2018. 4 months later while addressing some issues with the sewage trap, it was discovered the house has a cesspool as opposed to a sewage line connected to the city line. That crucial piece of information was NOT disclosed per the NYS Property Condition Disclosure Act. I would NOT have purchased a house that doesn't have a sewage line.
