Poor quality building. Can hear footsteps of upstairs neighbours. You will never sleep when your upstairs neighbours are awake. The noise is very disruptive. The management have little to know power to enforce tenants to stop their dogs barking or to stop the constant foot noise. You will also get cigarette butts blown on your balcony from your neighbours when its windy. Don't waste your money buying or renting here. There are so much better quality buildings near by.
Jamie was very professional, and the video supplied was excellent and provided very quickly. Definitely recommend for anyone needing aerial footage.
