My experience with Skyhigh was horrible. They never answer their phones at the office. Nor do they return any of their calls. It has been 8 months and the solar panels are still not completed,. Keep calling them and all they do is make up stories. If you want solar I suggest not to go with Skyhigh. I t will be a nightmare com true. If you touch them you will get burned!
I went through Sky High last year for an install. The solar panels were installed properly and they are producing energy quite well. However, after many phone calls with their front desk worker(s), I have yet to receive a referral bonus from two families I referred. I have received many different excuses as to why. Hard to trust this company with this kind of follow through. I hope any warranty work will be a better experience if I have any. I have started referring business somewhere else here in Utah. Koji
This is the worst company ever. It sold to a "new"owner about 2015. New owner won't honor warranties. Try to call them. Only get an answering machine. Most of the time it is full and you can't leave a message. i have left messages for over 3 weeks. No response. No call back. Old owner says he cannot do anything. I would suggest NOT ever doing business with them. If you have, call the Arizona and New Jersey Contractors division and file a complaint. I had Sky High Energy put in my solar panels recently. One thing I loved about the process is that when I would contact them with a questions ( and I had a lot of questions) they always responded quickly. Communication was key for me in the process of getting my solar panels. Everything is installed and could not be happier!!!
