The lodge we stayed in on Silver Poplar Lane was falling apart, cheaply furnished and poorly constructed. OSB boards for ceilings, leaking shower, sewage smell from beneath bathroom floor, oven that smoked when used, rotten subfloor in kitchen with soft spots, ping pong table that is falling apart, broken pool sticks, broken foosball table with no ball, and having to access a 4th bedroom either from outside or via the 3rd bedroom were the main issues. House was nice needs thorough cleaning dust everywhere fireplace didn’t work. Mice in the house. Snake in the house view is gorgeous. Rooms are nice size but the whole house needs cleaning. No explanation on how to use TVs Jacuzzi downstairs film room sound bars on TVs did not work no book in the house for contact numbers either. Location is at a top of a hill.
