I’ve been going to Kevin for haircuts over the past few months, and I always leave happy with the results. Their pricing is very reasonable, and I truly appreciate their professionalism.
Unfortunately, very bad customer service. They said they can not do the haircut exactly like the photo but they did not have any sample/photo to show us how they real work is. When I asked them if they can at least show us how their real work is so we can decide, she brought us the professional hair style book!!! And she kept saying we do this!!! I had such a great experience at Sky Hair Salon in Pleasant Hill! I came in wanting soft, natural caramel highlights that would blend with my hair and grow out low maintenance, and she absolutely nailed it. She really listened to what I was asking for and delivered exactly what I had in mind. The result is dimensional, subtle, and looks so natural. The salon is also super affordable and convenient, which makes it even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!
