Company made an appointment, but was stood up. Did not call until minutes before the appointment time to say they would not show up. Wasted my whole afternoon, now I need to find another company. Would not recommend.
If I was able to leave no stars I would but I can't post without it. 1 star too many. Completely unreasonable and ridiculous. Came to the house for not even 2 minutes and reattached a cable. Charged me $132.00. You'd think they'd just take the high character route and maybe drop pricing just slightly for a full blown service call. I wasnt looking for a hand out. I was looking for sheer reasonability. Something like, ""hey you know what, that was mere nothing for me to do. I'll just charge you X amount for this."" But no. I'l... read more
The owner called me a couple days after my negative review went up and straightened everything out. Went through the trouble of tracking down my contact info even though my review was anonymous. Impressed to see how much they pay attention to customer satisfaction.
We called last night and they answered right away! We also were scheduled for the next morning for our repair. Technician was incredibly nice and speedy. Would recommend them to anyone needing garage door assistance!
I cannot express how pleased I am with this company, the owners and their employees! I had a garage door emergency at the worst possible time and they were able to assist me right away. It now works better than it did before I tried to drive my car through it! I now understand why everyone in my neighborhood recommends them. They're friendly, experienced and won't over charge you.
