Originally came here before to get a silk press and it was great.. fast forward I’ve come back a few times and was treated with full on professionalism, well unfortunately that was not the case on this last visit. They’re closer to my house so I figured I would go get a wash and blow out before I head to brunch, when I arrived there was only two ladies working and they each had clients cool. Went to this salon for the first time and I wasn't very pleased as I'm use to my haircuts looking much better . The lady that did my hair was very nice and washed my hair good, but the way she cut my hair was not pleasing that she made it loom like no body to my hair with the layers I wanted and when she was done the owner sky had to come over and retouch up my hair and layers . I read the reviews before considering this salon for a haircut and the reviews were good, unfortunately I was not happy with how my haircut looked. I specifically asked for long layers and also showed the hair stylist a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like and the hairstylist confirmed this is a cut that she can do. My haircut turned out terrible and I was very disappointed. I will not return to this salon.
