As a mental health professional, I strongly advise against this agency. They demonstrate a severe lack of responsibility and professionalism when dealing with clients in need of mental health care. Their process for assigning therapists to clients is unacceptably slow and inefficient, often leaving vulnerable individuals without timely support. I definitely do not recommend it.
