I used Sky Coach for my wedding -- we booked a 40-person bus to bring guests from the hotel to the venue, and a 14-person transit van to shuttle guests between the off-site parking lot and the venue. Over the phone I was told the 40-person bus was a renovated/painted school bus but it was a regular yellow school bus from a local school district. Not a big deal, just not what I expected. I was quoted $242 for a car service, but when I received the 24-hour confirmation after booking I realized they charged me $350. I immediately called Sky Coach & Limousine and was told I needed to speak with the manager and he would call me back within a few minutes. After a few hours, I received an email from a manager saying they made a mistake and would not honor the quoted price. They kept us updated via email and text. Our driver was super friendly and made sure we were comfortable. This is the first time we’ve used a car service to the airport and it won’t be our last. Lack of stress was worth the money and the fact that it was cheaper than parking for our trip was a perk. Highly recommend!
