The wood was rotten and the glass came lose.He did not repair or replace the window sash instead pushed the window up and put two pieces of wood on either side so that the glass do not fall down. He charged $350.

While I had priced other services, I felt I was going to get the best service for my money and, I am happy to say, I did. I had this service to my place of business. Mr. Fagan was thorough and did an excellent job. He was very professional and explained all that was needed to be done. The repairs were completed quickly and I was very happy with the finished product.

Decent work but VERY overpriced – I regret having used this company and not shopping around. They were the first to respond. Work seems decent enough but when I priced same product with another company, was 25% cheaper. CAnt say Im pleased.
