Absolutely one of the best ! I had been seeking a therapist to help with severe depression caused by a number of traumas. My primary care doctor referred me to Dr. Sky. She is kind, compassionate, insightful and in short order had me on a path to recovering and emotional well-being. She worked with my doctor to find the right medication as an adjunct to treatment, gave me homework assignments that helped move my treatment along and gladly met with my husband and I to explain how my disorder affected our relationship. Dr. Sky is wonderful. Patient, understanding, kind, good-natured, insightful and even intuitive. If you're willing to get to the source of your own issue and not looking for a quick fix, she's the one to work with. I'd seen a number of others that I just didn't seem to click with. I was referred to her by a care manager at my insurance company. She's a major hitter too, specializing in significant problems in kids and severe diagnoses in adults.
