I usually do not write reviews especially bad ones but this time around I am so angry at how my eyebrows turned out that I cried on my way home. My eyebrows are fairly I wouldn’t say thick but I let them grow out enough so I could avoid them being thinned out because I’ve had issues before with them being too thin. This is my go to place and everyone here is so sweet. Today a chunk of my eyebrow was taken off, I didn’t realize until I went into my car, I went back in to address it and was gaslit that it was just my natural brow and that it wasn’t possible for her to cut it off. This has never happened in all of the times I’ve gotten my eyebrows done. She didn’t take accountability and no apology.
