I am a repeat customer.! This morning I went to the Pasadena location to get my blueprint printed. As I walk inside, there a Hispanic walking out asking "are you sending something to the email?" I said yes. I stand in the lobby for at least 15 mins and no one came to help me. 10 mins later that same guy came back and walked pass me to the back. They told me twice they would finish the signs but never got to it. I canceled the order.
Our team sent them a set of plan and after a few call, they stated take yours to others. So Rude, I am not going back to them.
