If i can give 0 stars I would. One of the worst travel agent experience I have delt with. Luydmila canceled our return flights and left us stranded in Zurich. I will NEVER book through this company again.
I called them many times they never reply me up to now it's like being a 2 weeks
Never answer the phone
Honestly all you need to know about this company is through the pandemic they made their employees come into the office, took minimal safety precautions and deny their employees benefits. Completely unethical company, they don't treat people right. I'm booking my travel through literally anyone else.
