The whole experience was smooth and comfortable, and I could tell she really knows what she’s doing. Everything turned out great, and I’m so happy with the results. Highly recommend her.
I don’t understand how they use the Fresha app and no one knows (especially the receptionist) from them how to use it or even help me to navigate it. As a result, I ended up paying extra instead of redeeming my voucher which was SO BAD!!! On a positive note, my treatment went well, and the nurse was very professional and knowledgeable about her work.
