I work with Navid 100s times in 3 years. He is good & bad depend how he wake up morning . Sometimes honest but sometimes Liar, sometimes good mechanic sometimes very bad , sometimes responsible sometimes very unresponsive. I got an aftermarket Rack and Pinon assembly installed on my car and it started leaking within 2-3 days and wouldn’t even pass the VSSI inspection . They claimed it was a defective part without even inspecting. When I asked for them to give me something in writing that the part is defective they wanted extra money to even inspect the leak. Before installation they didn’t mentioned having an issue with installing an after market part, but when a problem arose they were very quick to blame the part and distance themself.
