My wife and I moved here from Utah in December and were definitely nervous since we haven’t had the best apartment experiences prior to here. This place has been awesome though. We were shocked with how well they upkeep the appearance of the place and how quick the maintenance team always is. I don’t think we’ve had a single request take longer than 24 hours, whereas at other places it would take days to even a few weeks to get things fixed. I’m a new resident and just recently moved in. So far, my experience has been very positive. The community is quiet and pleasant. I had an issue with the A/C, but the management team responded immediately and resolved it very quickly. Since I moved in, the management staff has been very responsive, friendly, and attentive. They have answered all my questions and helped me with any concerns I’ve had. So far, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend living here. ✨️
I would never rent here again. Let’s just start off by saying the fireplace have been broken for the last two years. I’ve notified the apartments multiple times and nothing has ever happened. I keep getting told that they’re fixing it but two years later they’re still broke, but they put in a Pickleball court as for the splash pad. It doesn’t work only a few spouts sprinkle out water. There is no basketball court in the pool keeps getting broken for the last 3 1/2 years. They’ve had to replace it several times most of the ti... read more
Don't move here. They will nickel and dime you to death and then charge you for everything under the sun when you move out even if you lived there 7 years can't expect it to stay perfect since day one. Normal wear and tear is a real thing
