Extremely disappointed with how this complex handles move-outs. They mailed my refund check to the wrong address due to their own clerical error. Despite admitting the mistake was theirs, they forced me to pay a $25 fee to reissue the check. Charging a former tenant for management’s incompetence is incredibly stingy and unprofessional. Unreliable staff—avoid this place if you value basic administrative integrity.
This place is a joke & only wants to steal your money. They charge a 250 plus 50 application fee for who knows what. I’ve rented apartments before & never had to pay a 250 administrative fee for them only to deny your application. Thank goodness I didn’t want to move forward with the application anyway after reading the reviews on how terrible the living & community is. They will only save your quote for the monthly lease for 2 days, and the will only hold your application for 7 days which sounds like they’re trying to get o... read more
!THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! please read before you lease This apartment and management company relies on making a profit off of its tenants at move out by incurring heavy, unwarranted move out fees. At the time of my move out, I was given a move out inspection listing i would be receiving a refund of around $40, cool right?
