I have lived here for over three years and it's been a good place to live! The front office is kind, but there isn't a lot of follow-through with concerns regarding property issues. For example, key fobs are no longer working on the back gates of the complex and there have been numerous complaints about it (I spoke with the office staff twice and other residents) but there are no updates about the fix and it has been broken for 2 months now. My family and I have lived here for over two years and we have enjoyed it! I’m not just saying that for a raffle basket either, lol, it really is a nice place to live. Everyone in the office and on the maintenance team are very friendly and helpful. The amenities are really nice and the location can’t be beat. It sits right next to Paseo Trail, is walking distance to Tumbleweed Park, and a five minute drive to get on the 202 freeway!
Fourth year living here now and really enjoying it! We love the pools (Two!) and amenities. This place is built along one of the canal trails which makes for walks and runs. Maintenance has always been very prompt to fix anything and we love our view!
Been very happy with treatment from staff, regular activities/events, and good maintenance of common spaces.
Overall, place is super nice! I’ve been here since June 2024 and recently just transferred to a different unit. We had a few problems when we moved in but things got resolved quickly.
