Gavin did a great job replacing our front door lock. He was persistent to get it fixed correctly and yesterday I asked if he could put an umbrella up on our patio because our little Westie puppy loves to lay out and watch the people in the courtyard. It was too hot out there for her to sit but now she can lay out there even when it is hot. Thank you Gavin for getting it done this morning!! The rest of the staff and management is wonderful!!
Sky at Brio is the best apartment in Southern Utah. Not only is it resort-style living but the office and maintenance staff really work hard to see everyone is welcome. Phoebe is the manager and she is fantastic!! Stephanie and Amy work in the office too and they treat the residents as family. What really sets them apart from others is they really do care. The office staff is so helpful! Property manager Phoebe, assistant manager Savanna, and leasing agent Amy are great to work with and will answer any questions you have. The maintenance team is amazing, Gavin and Logan are always quick to fix or help with anything! The property is always kept clean and beautiful thanks to the housekeeper heather.
We have lived here for 3 years now and are very happy with this apartment complex. We love everything about it and all of the amenities. It is very well maintained and taken care of. The entire staff is fantastic. In the office, Phoebe, Amy and Savanna are always very helpful and cheerful and the maintenance team of Logan and Gavin are so accommodating and experienced. Heather, the housekeeper, is so wonderful every time I see her and has such a beautiful smile! This is just a wonderful way to spend my senior years.
