This was one of the worst apartment touring experiences I’ve had. I visited the apartment with my husband, and the staff was extremely unwelcoming and rude. When I asked standing there if we could tour little earlier, they weren’t even willing to offer alternative options or try to accommodate us yet were sitting idle at the desk. They also don’t answer phone calls, even when there are many people trying to reach them. I don’t understand the issue with simply answering calls.
Not a great place. The management seem to have no idea what they're doing. There are some lies about our moving discount. There's not enough parking for everyone.
The online resident portal is no longer accessible even for residents who have autopay enabled. We have no instructions on how to pay rent. Unfortunately, we are not able to get hold of anybody in the leasing office. They don't reply to our emails or return calls. It's so unprofessional to shut down the online resident portal without providing any information on how to proceed with payment or how long the website will be down. How do we pay? Debit Card? Venmo?
