Don’t do it!! Go somewhere else seriously.. it’s so bad. The parking situation is horrible. People speed like crazy and I’ve already almost been hit multiple times because people don’t pay attention or they are just going super fast. Trash everywhereeee. 7/10 chance you will get your vehicle hit or scratched. Or your paid parking spots will be taken by someone else. used to be able to tow it but apparently the building had a problem with “revenge towing” residents would call in and get people towed out of their own spots?! I’d usually not read all the bad views and go off of it. Unfortunately this place is very true to the bad reviews. Dogs off leash all the time. Very aggressive dogs in elevator and in lobby. I have seen owners get yanked and had to run the other way because it genuinely felt like they almost lost control of their dogs. The trash is bad, like really bad. Lori and Annabelle are the two managers in the front lobby of these beautiful apartments and they’re both a breath of fresh air. So easy to talk to and professional, friendly and involved in keeping our building clean, safe, and secure. They have been such a joy to have and are grateful to have them. Thank you so much for help on everything and know you are appreciated.
I wish I could give a negative rating. Worst living experience. Leasing office difficult to reach by phone. "Stay away" would be my advice for anyone looking to rent this place out.
