Corey and Diego are phenomenal. Very responsive and both offer excellent customer service and expertise. We have a brand new HVAC unit that has been acting up based on the original company that installed it (not Sky Air) and the Sky team has been great in helping us troubleshooting some connection issues and getting it working properly.

Sky Air sent a technician out quickly to fix our AC. Cory was very knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed our unit quickly and was able to explain the issue clearly. We have used Sky Air for years and are always extremely pleased with their service and communication. We highly recommend Sky Air.

Called a 24 hour AC service over the weekend only to have AC tech come out who kept looking at troubleshooting videos on YouTube and appeared to have no idea what was wrong with our system. Then tried to talk me into a compressor motor on my five year-old unit, but still not sure that that was the issue, said he could send out a supervisor in a couple hours to which I finally said what do I owe you for this Visit.
