I had a appointment scheduled two weeks prior to me arriving which I called the salon personally and booked. When I got there, they claimed that their booking site was down or glitch somehow and didnt see my appointment but I got two confirmation emails confirming the appointment. (Remember I called, I didnt book on any site).
