Great customer service! The guys here always do such a great job doing prewash- always plenty of towels and sprays when I clean the inside. Any time I need assistance at the kiosk, one of the guys is always prompt to assist. Thank you Sqweeky Kleen!
One dang star but deserves 0! I went to the new one in Midland, Ga. I went in with my car intact but after getting home I noticed the spoiler that goes on each side of the brake light on my back widow was missing. All that remained was the gray plastic that the missing piece fits over. I tried to call them over and over but it went directly to voice mail. Just bought a car with a temporary tag. I have a truck with a monthly wash. I explained the situation to the attendant, he asked for my phone number, verified my account and allowed me to wash my recently purchased car at no additional cost. Super nice!
Paid for the premium 25$ wash... absolute crap.. truck is just as dirty as before except now it's wet..
The staff act like they enjoy working here. Went in after church around 1:30 and everyone was friendly unlike the crew at the Tidal Wave im a member of in Warner Robins. I will be moving my membership this week. Thanks to the crew that was working today around 1:30
