My truck was hit by an employee with the pressure washer. I filed a claim, seen it on the cameras, and I was told it would be fixed by the general manager. He told me, he or the repair company would be contacting me. It’s been over a week, I haven’t heard anything. Very unprofessional how everything was handled. The office smelt like marijuana. I wouldn’t waste your time or money with this place.
Paid for the premium 25$ wash... absolute crap.. truck is just as dirty as before except now it's wet..
Excellent service and attention to detail. The wash attendants took time brushing my car on either side before entering the wash. The employees were polite and professional. My car was shiny and very clean & I was given a complimentary car freshener as well! (Perry, GA)
One dang star but deserves 0! I went to the new one in Midland, Ga. I went in with my car intact but after getting home I noticed the spoiler that goes on each side of the brake light on my back widow was missing. All that remained was the gray plastic that the missing piece fits over. I tried to call them over and over but it went directly to voice mail. Was looking at getting a truck cleaned that had been sitting for a few years, so you can imagine the grime that had built up on it. Originally went to Tidal Wave on Lake Joy near Russell, and was turned away for being too dirty. Decided while test driving over a couple of issues to run down here and they had no issue. The attendants went above and beyond and knocked as much as they could off on just a basic wash, even though I'm sure the 1 car that pulled up afterwards may not have appreciated the wait, but I did.
