I am not sure where the negative reviewer went, but it sure does not seem to have been the same place I visited. Yes, there is stuff all over because they are a busy active business and the guys and gals there are honest, caring and clean! They offer the best service I have found in any shop in this country. These people are a rip-off. I have never seen a dirtier atmosphere for retail. I can tell that this so called Chuck (not even his real name) cares for his business as well as he does his own body. If he had one good thing to say about anyone, he didn’t say it. All he did was to put down Microsoft and his competitors. I know for a fact that he buys used parts and sells them for new.
