I’ve had problems with in the first year, first I had a pressure switch fail from corrosion, then now in the second year same problem they had sent me an extra switch, so tried that it worked for a while now I was able to talk to Paul and he told me to take apart solenoid valve and clean it, problem solved for now, have not been very satisfied with quality or installation. Had to tighten loose shock mounts plus modified air tank mount to keep it from rubbing rear drive sprocket!!
Had a major air ride issue at Daytona Bike Week, and Jay stepped up and got me mobile again for my trip back home...
Items did not come properly shipped and all paint scratched..emailed and they responded with two words , (will do)then when asked for update they sent me shipping details from original order. Like they didnt even read the email requesting an exchange. Didnt request money back just wanted a pr9duct that wasnt damaged due to poor wrapping on thier part. bad customer service

There air ride system is complete garbage. Had this suspension installed at Laconia on our way to Canada. Thought it would be a great suspension because I saw them at multiple rallies. With me and my wife at a combined weight of around 400lb and the bike loaded down there guys assured me the shocks would be able to handle it. They said they are rated as much as a car.
