I ordered a Demestid Bettle kit and was very (pleasantly) surprised from the beginning until the end. Communication from the beginning was great,as far as shipping dates and such. I received them on time. The packaging was excellent! The count was way better than I expected. No I didn’t count them, but I’m positive that the count was above and beyond. Just got the shipment of beetles. They arrived in perfect shape. The heat source was still warm, and that’s good since they shipped from Montana to Vermont in midwinter. I have been using beetles for 25 years, and I’m impressed by the ample amount of specimens. No biological supply company can even come close. New customers will find the attached literature helpful as I have lived through many of the failures you mentioned. I’m very happy with your product. Great job! 6 stars!
