SKS Management of a storage facility in Kona, Hawaii. A friend was in a financial pinch, I stepped in to assist with the rent for the month of December 2025. Friend's tenancy was ending so her account was terminated but not before the management company set up auto payment without authorization from the credit card holder. I am not a party to the lease terms, tenant has already moved out and the autopayment continues to pull rent from my credit card every month. December rent was paid over the phone. Stayed at Holiday Inn Express Boston-Waltham. Staff, rooms and amenities were pretty good! Has little bit more modern than other hotels. Front desk gave pretty good recommendations for restaurants. Maybe if they had smart TVs that would have been more amazing.
