Asked to attend an interview for a job and arrived 5 mins early and interviewer was notified of my arrival. Then kept waiting 35mins and when I asked why the delay, someone else came out and announced interviewer had taken a conference call and could not attend. Hence guy interviewing had no idea and as a result I did not make it through to final stage as interviewer did not see me face to face. So unprofessional of a company.
