The staff here is amazing! The Dr.Sabharwal knows exactly what she’s doing and always makes me feel comfortable and taken care of! They have helped change my dental hygiene for the better and I recommend checking them out!
The lower rating is due to the constant attempts to demand additional payment for covered insurance services. Each time I visit, the front desk demands additional money outside the insurance covered agreement. Thankfully, I’m diligent on my insurance coverage for any medical visits. The past three visits, the front desk has demanded more money than what I would owe after the insurance coverage. Very professional establishment, the staff is great, dentists are great and are honest but kind when talking about your teeth.
I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist! I've been going to Dr. Sabharwal since 2020 and have nothing but great things to say. Everyone at the office is always very friendly and helpful. The office runs on time, I have never been sitting and waiting past my appointment time.
