This company left broken glass on the sidewalk. I called but It’s Friday so of course they’re going to leave it there all weekend. So dangerous and inconsiderate.

The team at SKS worked on my apartment building of 44 units so it would be in compliance with SB 721 and they did an excellent job. They were clear with what needed to be addressed and gave me multiple solutions for each area that needed attention. Their workers were professional with both my building and the tenants that resided in it, both respecting their personal spaces and keeping working areas clean and well maintained. We've hired SKS Construction to perform SB326 inspection on some of the properties we manage. They are very communicative, offers competitive pricing (if not cheaper), quality of work is top notched too.
