I hired SKRT after my under-mounted kitchen sink fell down one afternoon. They were able to get there the next morning and fixed the problem straight away. They arrived on time, their price was good, and were very professional. They DO work on under-mounted sinks, which apparently not all plumbers do (I had another company refuse). SKRT Plumbing provided an excellent service! The plumbers was not only friendly but also professional and explained the repair process for my bathtub repair. The crews did a fantastic job, and the work was clean and tidy. I highly recommend SKRT!

- Sneakily charged 3 hours instead of 2.5 hours (I had to check my security camera). Asked for clarification and was told the extra 0.5 hours was for travel time, despite the invoice clearly listing 1.5 hours for travel already included in the total. - Excessive charge for "miscellaneous parts" without any explanation. - No quote provided or courtesy call made prior to the service. - Installation quality was good (hence the 2 stars), but the overall communication and transparency were very poor.
