Brought my scooter all the way from upstate New York (Syracuse), where I couldn't get any repair done, to this place in North St Paul. Mak is a perfect communicator, an extremely knowledgeable repair expert, and a pleasure to do business with. Don't be put off by the payment method; it's what assures he will stay in business until next time I need him.
Mak is great hands on guy that will fix most problems n if he can't no one can lol. Went into for a battery issue and he was able to find the issue and fix it in reasonable time and very affordable if your looking for a decent price for repairs and great location for where one of the shops is it.
Extremely knowledgable and friendly. Had segway ninebot scooter technical flashing issue that they were able to get me in right away and fix. Appreciated the future technical troubleshooting tips as well.
I purchased a newer brand EScooter off marketplace and previous owner had disassembled wheels and brakes. Was very baffled at how to assemble the parts back. Mak helped me step by step to explain and let me know where each part should be. I offered to pay him for his time and for future assistance but he didn’t do it for the money but more to help me get my scooter running and being safe!
Wish I wouldve gotten his name but after a stressful day of attempting to get a new tire on my Nami Klima, he was able to do it for me even though I came in pretty late in the day. I would've been completely fine waiting but he told me to bring it in anyway. Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Was nice to be able to nerd out for a little bit. Also theres a shop cat so.... 6/5 stars.
