Accountant Sherry Mueller, a CPA with this firm, failed to file our firm state tax return for two years in a row, causing over $8,000 in penalties and interest to accrue. Neither she, nor the firm, are taking responsibility and they are not responsive in resolving the matter. We are pursuing professional discipline avenues to ensure her licensure is reviewed. She is not competent to represent businesses. Based on her performance, you should look elsewhere for your accounting services.
Clearly they are overwhelmed. Don’t waste your time going here they shouldn’t be taking on any new clients. Our business was fined $1000 (a new business) we had put trust in our tax guy who couldn’t even get back to us in a timely manner for simple questions or anything. Charge us over $800 and you can’t even get an email response back about simple questions.
Working with Bob Yalowich and his team has been an excellent experience for me for more than 15 yrs. He compiles personal as well as business returns for me and he is a top notch advisor on all business topics. He is VERY responsive to questions, a prompt communicator and a real asset to anyone's financial team.
As a business owner, I am super busy all the time. Bob Yalowich is skilled, precise, responsive and gives excellent guidance. His team is also a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't be happier with this firm and highly recommend to other business owners.
