Clearly they are overwhelmed. Don’t waste your time going here they shouldn’t be taking on any new clients. Our business was fined $1000 (a new business) we had put trust in our tax guy who couldn’t even get back to us in a timely manner for simple questions or anything. Charge us over $800 and you can’t even get an email response back about simple questions.
Working with Bob Yalowich and his team has been an excellent experience for me for more than 15 yrs. He compiles personal as well as business returns for me and he is a top notch advisor on all business topics. He is VERY responsive to questions, a prompt communicator and a real asset to anyone's financial team.
