I had the storage unit for awhile. Randy and Cathy did excellent with me....they helped adjust the payment arrangement when my money was late getting to me...whenever I called them, they always answered and was able to fix what I had going on, very knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend Skowhegan Self Storage 1000%. Great deal, great service.
They do not keep the snow plowed away from the units so if you’re renting in the winter bring a shovel. The security gate is almost always left open. We got locked out of our unit by mistake and when I called to cancel our unit the owner was extremely unprofessional and literally yelled at me for forgetting to pay my unit even though I had the invoices showing I had never been late once. This was my first time ever renting a storage unit and to say the service was amazing would be a complete understatement! I rented it the same day I needed it due to complications with moving and it was extremely convenient! I ended up doing it online and Randy was amazing and understood that this was new to me, and was extremely understanding with my situation and lack of knowledge about renting.
