I took my 3.1 hp 220vac motor from my 60 gallon upright air compressor to Skowhegan Electric Motors because it would not start and run the compressor. I tested electrical and had 110vac showing at each terminal on the motor . I ordered two new capacitors and replaced both but that did nothing so I assumed it was something wrong with the motor.
