Leo was able to help me diagnose the problem very quickly. My heat pump simply had a dirty filter. He is very honest and didn't charge me anything for the diagnosis. Now I am going to change the filter every month with a cheap paper filter & the unit will be fine!

Leo came out today to service my HVAC system and not only performed the scheduled maintenance, but also took the time to answer all my questions and even gave me tips on what I should do myself to keep the system as healthy as possible.
