ATTENTION!! Beware of this so-called “business”. I sent him this photo of a scaled pipe that they were supposed to clean. Just moved into a house and had some more plumbing work and found this.. this doesn’t look clean at all to me. when asked about it, he responded with They snaked the drain, but they couldn’t get out the scaling pipe. Mind you the invoice was $1500 and there’s a charge for extra time on pipe. I was hoping that a professional business would do what is right for my home not try to up charge me. Scooter was incredibly responsive in a time sensitive situation when the pipes froze in our Fargo home. His team worked across multiple days to mitigate damage and return our heating to working order. His pricing was fair and the service was exceptional - would recommend to anyone needing HVAC or plumbing work.
Called Scooters this morning because our sewer backed up. They sent Brent and Kolby right away and they did wonderful. They explained the problem in detail, showed us exactly what was wrong, fixed it in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards as well. We were very grateful for them both! Scooter was also great at communicating with us and making sure we got everything we needed! We 100% recommend them for any plumbing issue you have!
My water froze in the ground somewhere. I tried to wait it out for it to thaw but finally I reached out to Skooter's on Sunday night. He was very friendly and scheduled me the very next day. He had my line fixed/thaw in about an hour. He was very neat and clean about the job. I am super happy with the job they did for me. I highly recommend them whenever you need plumbing help. They will be my first call any time I need them again. Thank You Skooters.
