Scooter himself will answer phone to assess the problem and schedule his workmen. He returns voicemail and keeps you apprised of when plumber(s) will arrive. Also, a text message will come from scheduled plumber upon arrival. Cody and Colby were the two plumbers at my house. My water pressure was very low. They were able to replace the meter ball valve which solved the issue. They both were knowledgeable and shared information with me. It took me over a year to write this, because I hate leaving negative reviews, however after a year still upsets me, and the public has a right to know the way I feel about this. Installed a hot water heater and replace the PEX head distributor on top of the water heater. I thought it was outrageous little over $300 an hour profit, showed up at noon, left for over an hour came back, with water heater and food for lunch. finished at 4:00 p.m.., in that 4 hour block a little over $1,200 profit.
