Dr. Skoog came highly recommended for my cataracts. My eyes are complicated due to scarring on the cornea. He explained the entire procedure thoroughly & recommended options for my ongoing astigmatism. He is thorough, patient, capable & a great teacher- explained things in a manner I could understand.
