Was hesitant to go here due to the negative reviews about Dr. Skolnik and the staff. My daughter was only 2 months old when we started going here and it is an hour drive. I am so HAPPY that we decided to see Dr.Skolnik and his team. He was so pleasant and upbeat, the front desk staff were very nice and gave me lunch recommendations in the area. Great bedside manner, very thorough and friendly staff
Long wait time and rude staff and Doctor. Poor billing practices.
My husband and I have both been patients of Dr. Skolnik for a number of years. I can speak to how I truly appreciate Dr. Skolnik's thoroughness and knowledge as a clinician along with his upbeat, caring and relaxed bedside manner that serves to make any appointment so much easier and pleasant as his patient. The office staff are all genuinely kind individuals who are on top of every detail and responsive to any needs or questions you may have. I’m surprised by the number of positive reviews. My appointment was for my son who has a rare skin disorder that can flare up from time to time. We waited for 25 minutes and the actual appointment could not have been more than 4 minutes. Dr. Skolnik was clearly in a rush - I could barely get a word in or ask even one question as he continued to talk over me.
