Skolfield Performance is the real deal. If you want to improve strength, speed and overall performance in your sport you need to go see Stan & the crew. My daughters’s overall softball game has visibly improved. She’s faster has better upper and lower body strength as evidenced by hitting a line shot over the left center field fence. Enough said .
Skolfield has been amazing for our athlete. They were looking to improve on speed and agility and we have seen an improvement. In addition, they have grown in their confidence and understanding of nutrition. We love the team there and all of the staff - they are passionate and knowledgeable.
Absolutely hands down the best sports training facility in Southern Maine!! Our daughter is a H.S. multi-sport athlete 🥎& the training & knowledge she receives is phenomenal! She absolutely loves the atmosphere , great vibes & energy that the instructors have. We have noticed such a positive change in our daughter both physically & mentally while boosting her confidence tremendously. We HIGHLY recommend Skolfield Sports Preformance to any Middle School/High School girl athlete looking at the preforming at an elite level!!!
