Absolutely hands down the best sports training facility in Southern Maine!! Our daughter is a H.S. multi-sport athlete 🥎& the training & knowledge she receives is phenomenal! She absolutely loves the atmosphere , great vibes & energy that the instructors have. We have noticed such a positive change in our daughter both physically & mentally while boosting her confidence tremendously. We HIGHLY recommend Skolfield Sports Preformance to any Middle School/High School girl athlete looking at the preforming at an elite level!!!

Stan Skowfield and Peter Remmes are first class! Very professional in helping my daughter with speed training, nutrition, and workouts. I would highly recommend their services.

We couldn't be more impressed with the Skolfield programming. My freshman son has expressed repeatedly how the program really feels to be designed for athletes and their specific goals with the lower rep numbers and higher weight usage. This program has pushed him to even run 2 miles on his off days so that he can continue to build speed and agility.
