James was late and lacked professionalism, moreover, he hurried through without discussing my options and didn't bother with a follow-up call. The work area was dirty and disorganized when he left, leaving behind a huge mess. If I were in the position to hire for this plumbing company, James would certainly lack the qualities of a desirable candidate. Your business was poorly represented by him!

Careful! They charged us annual subscription fee that does not come off the total of the job. The work is done by contractors looking to overcharge. $800 to replace a kitchen faucet?
