I called to ask to have my gearbox settings adupted after I changed the oil there. The guy sitting on the phone without even asking the mechanic said that it was not possible to do this on a 2015 Grand Cherokee, when in fact it is a necessary part after an oil change, and luckily I just had it done at another nearby service
I took my truck into the service department to get my truck fixed I paid $4000 and the next day they said I needed a new engine or an engine rebuild for over $10,000 so I'm like what did I pay for if nothing was fixed.....
Warning warning warning. Don’t take your car here to get service. They will partially fix your car so you can bring it back in over and over again to pay more money. I was warned about them and didn’t listen. You better listen to me.
I recently had some services done at Sherman Dodge and they were able to get everything taken care of quickly! Thanks so much to Luz Diaz, she was the BEST. Very personable with great communication! Couldn't ask for a better experience!
