Tthe level of dishonesty and negligence I experienced at this dealership can’t go unreported. This dealership is a total fraud they were forging my signatures and adding unauthorized work. I brought my vehicle in for a specific issue and was repeatedly told that a Front Crash Bar and Radar Support would fix the problem. It did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. Always excellent service
I called to ask to have my gearbox settings adupted after I changed the oil there. The guy sitting on the phone without even asking the mechanic said that it was not possible to do this on a 2015 Grand Cherokee, when in fact it is a necessary part after an oil change, and luckily I just had it done at another nearby service
